About Project
Training doctors and surgeons on proper techniques can decrease recovery time and increase patient quality of life is critical. 3D printed bone models could not only demonstrate our surgical device but actually teach surgeons.
Solution
- Step 1: Arrange the placement of all the bone models in the software and add the supporting structures. Export the STL files into the SLA 3D printer.
- Step 2: 3D print the teeth model with SLA Generic Resin(Grey). The material offers optional layer heights of 0.05 and 0.1 mm, and the tolerance is 卤0.2%. It’s suitable for fine-detail models with smooth surfaces and complex designs with intricate details.
- Step 3: Cut off the supports, rinse with IPA, then sand and polish the models to remove bumps.
