About Project

As shown in the photos, these are 3D printed scissor and tweezer made with stainless steel powder. They have not been polished, so the surface is not very smooth and glossy.

Solution

  • Step 1: Examine the model, add supporting structure and arrange them in the software.
  • Step 2: Prepare the stainless steel powders and 3D print the models.
  • Step 3: Break the thin supports with pliers, cut the thick supports with wire cutting. Polish to remove the bumps.
