Customize statues with the logo and brand name for store opening is a nice idea, but stone sculptures are costly and require a long lead time. 3D printing turns out to be the best option for the newly opened pet store. It can reflect the skin texture and color just as the stone-carved objects.

Solution

• Step 1: To reflect the stone-like textures, 3D modeling is the most important process. The sculptor should make sure all the details, especially the embossment, can be printed with the chosen material and technology. There are some breach on the base to mimic the ancient foundation stone.
• Step 2: Add the supporting structure and adjust the arrangement in the slicing software. The sculpture is printed in one-piece with our large-format 3D printers using SLA Generic Resin.
• Step 3: During post-processing, the remaining marks on the lion statue should be all polished while the foundation is roughly sanded to create the vibe.
