About Project

A client ordered the faceplates to encase and attach the electronics for a synthesizer. The dimension is 100.19*328.19*1.5mm.
Both faceplates will be screwed onto a wooden enclosure. The top faceplate holding all the knobs while the bottom faceplate is covering all the electronics.
As requested by the client, the faceplates should have round corners and holes to hold the buttons, and there should be engraved with letters and lines to note the functions of the knobs.

Solution

• Step 1: Examine the AI file offered by our client, and help him fix the mistakes on the blueprint.
• Step 2: Set the energy of the laser and cut out holes and corners of the steel plates.
• Step 3: Adjust the energy to engrave the plates with patterns.
