We are thrilled to unveil our latest creation: a meticulously crafted miniature of FacFox's mascot, Henry the Fox, printed using the high-quality Ledo 6060 material. This stunning piece exemplifies the precision and excellence of our SLA 3D printing services.

The Henry the Fox miniature demonstrates exceptional printing quality with smooth surfaces and well-defined details. The intricate features, such as the fox's angular design and distinct posture, are rendered with remarkable clarity. However, the layer thickness of 0.1mm is still noticeable by touch and sight, indicating the level of detail that can be achieved with this material. While the overall quality is excellent, the edges of the model could benefit from additional smoothing to enhance the sharpness of the features.

Ledo 6060 is a premium SLA 3D printing material known for its excellent mechanical properties and fine detail resolution. Key properties include:

Solution

• Step 1: Design. The 3D model of Henry the Fox was digitally designed.
• Step 2: File Preparation. The 3D model was prepared for 3D printing by optimizing it for the SLA process, ensuring proper orientation and support structures.
• Step 3: Material Selection. Ledo 6060 resin was selected for its excellent mechanical properties, fine detail resolution, and suitability for intricate miniatures.
• Step 4: Printing. The prepared 3D model was printed using an SLA 3D printer. A vat of Ledo 6060 resin was used, and a laser selectively cured the resin layer by layer, building the model from the bottom up.
• Step 5: Cleaning. The printed part was washed to remove any uncured resin.
• Step 6: Curing. The part was post-cured using a UV light source to fully solidify the resin and enhance its mechanical properties.
• Step 7: Support Removal. The support structures were carefully removed from the printed part.
