• Step 1: A detailed digital model of the bird statue was created using specialized 3D modeling software. Every feather, talon, and contour was carefully sculpted in the virtual environment.
• Step 2: Once the digital model was finalized, it was prepared for 3D printing. This involved slicing the model into numerous thin layers, and support structures were generated to ensure the stability of the print during the process.
• Step 3: A liquid resin material was poured into the vat of the LCD 3D printer.
• Step 4: Layer by layer, the resin was selectively cured by UV light projected through an LCD screen. Each layer was hardened according to the sliced digital model. This process was repeated until the entire statue was formed.
• Step 5: After the printing process was completed, the build platform was raised, and the 3D-printed statue was carefully removed.
• Step 6: The support structures that were generated in Step 2 were gently removed from the statue.
