Solution

• Step 1: File Preparation. A digital 3D model of the Buddha statue was meticulously analyzed and prepared for printing. This ensured optimal printability and preservation of intricate details.
• Step 2: 3D Printing. The prepared file was then sent to the SLA 3D printer, where a laser beam meticulously traced layer upon layer of liquid resin, solidifying them into the form of the Buddha statue.
• Step 3: Support Removal. Once printing was complete, the newly formed statue was carefully removed from the printing platform. Support structures, necessary for printing but unwanted on the final product, were then delicately removed.
• Step 4: Post-Processing. The Avalokitesvara underwent a thorough post-processing treatment. This included cleaning any residual resin and ensuring a smooth, high-quality surface finish.
