Solution

• Step 1: Designing: The design of the cheetah mascot was created using 3D modeling software. Attention was paid to the cheetah鈥檚 dynamic pose, with a focus on the gesture of running forward and chasing a football.
• Step 2: Splitting: The model was then split into separate parts for printing. The head, body, football, and base were divided into individual files to facilitate the printing process.
• Step 3: 3D Printing: Each part was printed using Stereolithography (SLA) 3D printing technology. The process involved curing liquid resin layer by layer with a laser to form the solid parts.
• Step 4: Post-Processing: After printing, the parts were washed to remove any uncured resin and then cured under UV light to achieve the desired strength and stability.
• Step 5: Painting: The head, body, football, and base were hand-painted separately. The cheetah鈥檚 clothes were painted with red, black, and white patterns to match the football club鈥檚 colors.
• Step 6: Assembly: Once the paint had dried, the parts were carefully glued together to form the complete mascot prototype.
• Step 7: Screen Printing: The football club鈥檚 name was screen-printed onto the chest of the cheetah, above the number 9, to finalize the mascot鈥檚 appearance.
