Creality has just launched multiple new products in celebration of the company’s anniversary. At the 9th Anniversary and Spring Event titled “Reflect and Renew”, Creality launches the K1 series, HALOT-MAGE series, Sermoon D3 Pro, CR-Scan Ferret, Creality Nebula Pad+AI LiDAR, and other accessories. Alongside these new products, Creality also launches a series of 3D printed footwear solutions.
German service bureau Götz Maschinenbau has invested in four additional production-scale Stratasys H350 3D printers to meet growing customer demand for high-quality end-use parts. The investment will ramp up Götz’s total fleet size to six systems. The new units, to be installed over the next 18 months, position the company as the leading service bureau for SAF technology in EMEA.
Rosotics, a producer of hyper-efficient metal additive manufacturing solutions, has recently unveiled the first completed prototype of its Mantis printer – a notably large structure capable of printing up to 45kg of material per hour, using ‘rapid induction printing’ and a standard 240V outlet. The company’s first printers are expected to be ready for delivery in October this year, for a minimum deposit of US$95,000.
Safran, an international high-tech company operating in the aviation, defense and space markets, has acquired SLM Solutions‘ NXG XII 600 metal 3D printer. The 12-laser production system will be used to produce large, qualified aluminum parts for current and next-generation programs.
ADDMAN, an additive-focused contract manufacturer and engineering firm, has purchased two Sapphire XC printers from Velo3D. The printers will be installed in ADDMAN’s Castheon facility – expanding the company’s existing fleet of Sapphire printers and helping it meet the demands of its customers in space, aviation, energy, and defense. The printers will also enable ADDMAN to expand its addressable use cases by lowering production costs of 3D printed parts and providing the capabilities to 3D print parts that are 500% larger in volume compared to the original Sapphire printer.
The original Bits from Bytes (BfB) 3D printers used by architect and shoe designer, Bryan Oknyansky, to launch the world’s first premium and customizable 3D printed high-heel shoes brand are being listed for sale by the award-winning designer. Using the legendary BfB 3D Touch 3D printer, Bryan worked his way up from prototyping his globally-admired shoe designs in his bedroom, to showcasing his ground-breaking footwear ranges on fashion runways.

The ZeroHS can handle prints at up to 400mm/s, making it one of the fastest 3D printers on the market, and offers an efficient solution for the needs of companies in a variety of sectors, from prototyping to production.
Rapidia, the manufacturer of a water-based metal paste bound metal 3D printer, has applied a considerable reduction to the price of their Conflux 1 metal 3D printing hardware as part of their mission to make advanced manufacturing more accessible.

Over the past few weeks, we have been printing with, and reviewing, Creality’s latest desktop printer – the Ender-5 S1. With advertised features such as ‘an upgraded motion system for 2000mm/s² acceleration and up to 250mm/s printing speed’, and a price tag of $559, we were curious to see if the printer was actually worth it.
