The multi-function screwdriver tool kit is consisting of 56 types of non-slip magnetic bits, and can fully fulfill your needs for repairing iPad, iPhone, Tablets, Laptops, PC, Smartphones, Watches, Glasses, Camera, PS4/Xbox controller, and Other Electronic Devices. Yeah, there are so many similar screwdriver sets on the market, but this one equips with a chargeable handle. However, it's still a prototype in the R&D stage.

Solution

• Step 1: The industrial prototypes, except those one-pieces, have high demands for precision. In this case, all the bits and also the handle should fit perfectly into the base. The trick is to design proper diameter for the clearance holes.
• Step 2: Print the box with the FDM 3D printing method using PLA. PLA is the most common and lowest-cost 3D printing material.
• Step 3: Polish the box to remove the layer marks and spray them with chrome paint and other metallic paint to realize glossy and matte surface effects.
