About Project

Here are some recent high-precision shoe sole prototypes made with DLP 3D printing technology. Deep and exquisite textures are fully produced, and the model could be directly applied to the mass production of shoe products.

Solution

  • Step 1: Our engineer firstly checks the model and makes sure all the details can be printed. Then give a quote based on the required scale and amounts.
  • Step 2: Add supports and arrange the model in the slicer software, then 3D print it with DLP Ultra Detail Resin.
  • Step 3: Rinse with IPA and polish to remove the supports very carefully. When the green parts are completely dry, put them in the UV curing chamber.
