During our May 1–5 Labor Day holiday, our manufacturing work will continue as much as possible, but logistics services will be temporarily paused. Shipments may therefore be delayed until normal operations resume after the holiday.
Customer support and manual quotation services will also be limited during this period. We may not be able to guarantee replies during the holiday, so response times for emails, inquiries, and manually reviewed quotes may be longer than usual.
To keep your projects moving, we recommend using our automatic quotation system whenever possible. You can still upload your 3D files, check instant pricing, and place orders directly through FacFox’s digital manufacturing platform.
If your project requires manual review, you are still welcome to upload files through the manual quotation system or contact us by email. Our team will review and reply as soon as possible after the holiday.
