Norsk Titanium AS, a Norway-based company specializing in additively manufactured structural titanium parts for the aerospace industry, has announced the appointment of a new President and CEO: Michael J. Canario. Currently the President of Aerospace, Americas & Corporate Business Development for advanced composites company Hexcel, Canario will officially start his new role as President and CEO of Norsk Titanium in June 2018.
Australian metal AM specialist Titomic Limited has announced a new partnership with Callaway Golf Company, a U.S.-based golf equipment company and the world’s largest manufacturer of golf clubs. Together, the companies have signed a 12-month agreement through which Titomic will provide its additive manufacturing expertise for the production of “novel” golf products for Callaway.

Online 3D printing service Sculpteo has announced that Nora Toure is stepping down from her position as U.S. General Manager. Toure, who has worked for Sculpteo for the past eight years, is leaving the company to “start another adventure.” Taking up the mantle as General Manager for the U.S. is Nicolas Mathian, formerly Sculpteo’s European Sales Director.

Chromatic 3D Materials, a Minnesota-based materials developer for the 3D printing industry, has successfully closed a Series A financing round led by DSM Venturing, the VC arm of global science company Royal DSM. The two companies have also announced the signing of a preferred partnership through which Royal DSM will offer Chromatic 3D’s innovative process for 3D printing thermoset materials.
