Galanfeha Set on Acquiring Additive Manufacturing LLC to Bring Production Back to US 3D Printing Processes

Galenfeha, Inc, an engineering, manufacturing and product development company, signed a letter of intent to acquire Additive Manufacturing, LLC for $14,000,000 in cash; the company also added Mr. Ron Barranco as Chief Technology Officer, retired and cancelled additional shares from the common share structure; and signed a purchase agreement to sell the Daylight Pump division inventory to pay off the company’s outstanding debt.

Stratasys owned, desktop 3D Printer manufacturer MakerBot today announced the resignation of CEO Jonathan Jaglom and the appointment of company president Nadav Goshen as his successor. Over the last two years, Jaglom and Goshen have worked closely together leading MakerBot’s reorganization and strategic shift. Jaglom will be returning to Israel to spend more time with his family.
