HP and Dassault Systèmes Collaborate on the Next Gen of Design for Additive Manufacturing 3D Printing Events

At SOLIDWORKS World, Dassault Systèmes’ annual conference dedicated to the 3D design and engineering community, HP Inc. and Dassault Systèmes announced their collaboration to empower a new era of product design innovation by entrepreneurs, makers, students and businesses. The two companies intend to optimize Dassault Systèmes’ industry-leading SOLIDWORKS 3D design and engineering applications to take advantage of the unique voxel-level capabilities of HP’s Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing solutions. Designers and engineers can completely reimagine products, leverage new materials, escape the limitations of traditional manufacturing, and produce new products more quickly and efficiently.

HP ignites next phase of AM with low-priced full color jet fusion 3D printer 3D Printer Hardware

HP‘s done it again. So far the company has always kept its word on the necessary steps it intends to take to ignite the next industrial revolution. It punctually delivered (just in the nick of time) its multijet fusion 3D printer at the end of 2016. It spent the next year building up its distribution network and material supply through key partnerships. It promised it would deliver a full-color 3D printer in 2018 and this time it did so with plenty of time to go. In fact, HP delivered two new 3D printer classes, the Jet Fusion 300 and the Jet Fusion 500 (see the video).
