Dyndrite launches Additive Manufacturing Toolkit, forms new partnerships AM Software

AM software developer Dyndrite Corporation has unveiled its Additive Manufacturing Toolkit (AMT) and accelerated production preparation build processor for 3D printing, which has the potential to improve performance and native CAD-to-print capabilities for AM users. In addition to presenting the software solution at Formnext, the company has announced a series of industry partnerships with EOS, Renishaw and others.

50 years ago, three American astronauts would make history, becoming the first humans to reach and—in the case of two of them—step foot on the moon. SPEE3D Metal 3D Printing Technology to be Deployed by the Royal Australian Navy AM Industry

The Australian Government today announced a $1.5 million investment into a two-year pilot of SPEE3D technology for the Royal Australian Navy including the deployment of a WarpSPEE3D 3D metal printer. Cold spray 3D printing technology developed by the Darwin, Australia, based company will be deployed by the Royal Australian Navy in a world-first trial that will streamline the maintenance of patrol vessels.

Faced with increased competition and under new management, the ExOne Company is now increasingly focused on simplifying binder jetting for part production and making it a reality. In order to further streamline the process, ExOne and simulation software expert ANSYS have entered into a partnership to develop software that predicts the sintering behavior of binder jetted metal parts.

Siemens presents AM Network and strategic partnerships at Formnext AM Software

Siemens has announced the official launch and availability of the Siemens Additive Manufacturing Network, which will provide an advanced cloud-based solution to facilitate collaboration and process orchestration along the workflow—from engineers, to procurement and suppliers. The launch follows a successful pilot period with partners at Siemens Gas & Power, Siemens Mobility, HP, Materialise and Decathlon.
