SLM Solutions sells another NXG Xll 600, this time to Collins Aerospace 3D Printer Hardware

Collins Aerospace has acquired an NXG Xll 600 for its facility in West Des Moines, Iowa from SLM Solutions. The facility is a world leader in the design and production of engine nozzles and is now bringing that manufacturing expertise to additive. The new printer will help the company produce additively manufactured aerospace parts faster. This brings the total publicly disclosed number of NXG systems sold to 13 since the giant 12-laser metal L-PBF 3D printer was announced last year (however more machines were sold to yet undisclosed customers).

Gone in 30 seconds, from box to print on the Anycubic Vyper 3D Printer Hardware

Anycubic is one of our favorite companies. We like their branding and we love the way they have made good quality 3D printing available to an unprecedented number of users around the world. They strive to make high-quality products at an accessible cost. The proof is that they are one of the very first companies to work with DLP technology inventors Texas Instrument to create the most affordable DLP 3D printer ever, the upcoming Anycubic Photon Ultra. But until now we had known Anycubic only for their LED/LCD stereolithography systems and when they asked us to test the new Anycubic Vyper we did not know what to expect.

Bioprinting Company REGEMAT3D to Open Equity crowd funding round 3D Printer Hardware

Bioprinting Company REGEMAT3D to Open Equity Crowd Funding Round

Bioprinter manufacturer REGEMAT3D is launching a new equity crowdfunding round, that will help the company further scale its business and product lines while preparing for an IPO set to take place in 2023. At 3dpbm we usually do not cover crowdfunding campaigns for new products, however, this initiative is relative to a company that is already present in the market and has been making significant progress in the bioprinting segment. REGEMAT3D promises massive returns (up to 3 to 4 times the investment) and while the actual success of this financial initiative is subject to the same risks as any financial venture, the overall bioprinting segment is in fact growing up rapidly.
