The new 3D printing work year officially started and, like every year, Italian 3D printer manufacturer Sharebot is starting it off with a bang. The company just held a presentation in its Italian HQ where it announced its plans for the upcoming months, starting with its very own answer on the future of desktop 3D printing, the new Sharebot 42.
The company now plans to expand its presence in the US market, where there’s been tremendous interest in its revolutionary Dragonfly 2020 advanced additive manufacturing printed circuit board (PCB) 3D printer, and its 3D printed electronics capabilities. This technology firmly intersects the worlds of printed electronics and 3D printing and is shaping up as a major manufacturing trend.
Belgian 3D printing factory Materialise entered into a partnership with electronics supplier Velleman. The deal will result in a better and smarter end-product and boost the consumer’s user-experience.
