FUGO Precision 3D, a developer of 3D printing technology for dental manufacturing, has announced a strategic collaboration with South Korea’s Graphy, a developer of photopolymer materials for 3D printing, ahead of its official market debut at LMT Lab Day 2026 in Chicago. The partnership will integrate Graphy’s advanced photopolymer materials into FUGO’s centrifugal 3D printing platform, creating a streamlined, high-precision workflow for dental applications.
Integrated Printing Meets Advanced Materials
The collaboration combines FUGO’s patented centrifugal printing platform—which automates printing, washing, drying, and curing in a single cycle—with Graphy’s clinically validated, biocompatible Class II resins. This integration produces dental components that are immediately production-ready, while reducing cycle times and labor requirements.
According to FUGO, the combination of high-throughput hardware and chemically engineered materials could reshape dental manufacturing worldwide. “This partnership enables a new class of precision manufacturing,” said Alexandr (Sasha) Shkolnik, CTO of FUGO Precision 3D. “We’re not only streamlining production—we’re elevating the clinical performance standard with each cycle. The combination of hardware innovation and material science sets the stage for true mass manufacturing at scale.”

Graphy’s dental resins have demonstrated mechanical strength, dimensional stability, and biocompatibility in recent clinical studies, such as those published in Materials journal in May 2023, reinforcing the suitability of the materials for high-precision, direct-printed dental workflows.
Early Access and Market Preview
FUGO Precision 3D is currently inviting early access partners across North America to participate in 90-day evaluations of its integrated platform ahead of the general release. The company will demonstrate full print cycles and production-ready, multi-color denture and aligner components live at its booth during LMT Lab Day 2026, taking place February 19–21, giving attendees a first look at a fully automated, end-to-end dental manufacturing workflow.

Recent Developments in Dental 3D Printing Technology
In March, Axtra3D, a developer of high-speed stereolithography (SLA) systems, introduced four new dental resins, expanding its portfolio of validated materials for the Lumia X1 printer. The new additions—NextDent Model Sand, Pro3dure Splint 19.1 AO/MSI, Pro3dure Denture 14.2, and Pro3dure Crown & Bridge—are now available with optimized print profiles, aimed at increasing accuracy and production efficiency for digitally manufactured dental models, splints, dentures, and restorations.

Separately, 3D Systems obtained FDA 510(k) clearance for its multi-material 3D printed denture solution, integrating NextDent Jet Denture Teeth and Base into a single monolithic appliance. The system leverages the company’s MultiJet Printing technology to enable high-volume production with minimal manual labor. This solution focuses on break resistance and material realism, providing an automated alternative to conventional denture fabrication. The clearance marks a step in 3D Systems’ expansion of its digital dentistry portfolio, which emphasizes automation, material integration, and throughput for restorative dental workflows.
