In the blink of an eye, Creality is in its 8th year, although there have been ups and downs, Creality still adheres to the spirit of the 3D printing industry evangelist and user-oriented concept. From being based in Shenzhen to radiating globally, the company’s products have been exported to 192 countries and regions, helping over 1.6 million users to turn their imagination into reality.
Listen to the voice of users
In terms of user service, Creality always pursues the ultimate service and user experience. The company has set up subsidiaries/offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chengdu, Xi’an, overseas and has established overseas warehouses in more than ten countries such as Germany, Poland, the USA, Canada, Brazil, and Chile to perfect its after-sales system for serving better and responding faster. At the same time, the company has set up a social matrix within Facebook communities (more than 100,000 active users), YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, public Wechat account, Bilibili, and other major social platforms around the world to get closer to its users. In addition to this, Creality has over 100 service teams to provide professional answers online and listen to our users’ voices at any time.

In addition, Creality has created a 3D printing APP-Creality Cloud that integrates cloud printing, cloud slicing, model library, printing service and social circle for users around the world to play with the 3D printer in an easy and convenient way.
Interpreting the power of 3D
In 2021, Creality will still focus on the users and its reach, exploring the great, and ordinary, users of 3D printing that have different skin tones, are from different countries and occupations, and speak different languages – but all have the same love for 3D printing.
Manufacturing on Demand
Among them, 10-year-old children are no longer addicted to games thanks to their love for 3D printing; bicycle modification shop owners have their own businesses thanks to 3D printing; and an 88-year-old grandfather retrieves his joyful youth thanks to 3D printing.
Another, with a love for 3D printing, is Kyle Reeser, a loyal user of Creality, a volunteer of the e-NABLE charity organization, and a donor of 3D printed prosthetic limbs for children in Africa. Creality selected him as the first brand ambassador for the company – to interpret the power of 3D printing.

Popularizing 3D printing
From 2014 to 2022, Creality has become a well-known, global, consumer-grade 3D printing brand, while actively participating in public welfare and making social responsibility a habit. Over the past 8 years, Creality has been committed to popularizing 3D printing technology for young people around the world and has been aided with public welfare grants to help students in poverty-stricken areas.
During the ‘Space Robotics’ project, Creality sponsored 250 3D printers to 250 schools within 150 cities in Brazil and created the Creality 3D printing club to cultivate interest in 3D printing. Creality also carried out 3D printing popularization for public welfare, and activities in the communities and schools, so that the 3D printer could be more than just a machine, but also an open door to more possibilities.
Creality has been engaged in providing services for global users. In the future, Creality will adhere to its core – “Customer first, service foremost”, listening to users’ voices actively, solving problems for users efficiently, and developing more 3D printers that exceed the users’ expectations.
