Velo3D FY 2021 revenues top $27 million, growing 45% YoY Money & Funding

Velo3D, Inc. (NYSE: VLD), a leading additive manufacturing technology company for mission-critical metal parts, closed FY 2021, the first full year since going public, with revenues for $27 million, growing 45%, and exceeding expectations. Among other highlights the company shipped the first Sapphire XC system to an aerospace customer in Q421 and achieved the 2021 shipments goal of 23 systems (77% year over year unit growth). Velo3D FY 2021 also saw 34 systems booked in 2021 (versus a goal of 24) and a significant backlog for 2022 – 23 Sapphire systems (of which 18 Sapphire XC)

3D Systems reports full FY 2021 revenues up 10.5% 3D Printer Hardware

3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) reported revenues of $615.6 million USD for the full fiscal year 2021, which ended on December 31, 2021. These results – which confirm 3D Systems as the largest AM company by revenues (by just under $10 million, compared to its closest competitor Stratasys) – reflect an overall 10.5% growth in FY 2021 and were obtained in spite of declining Q4 revenues (-12.6%), which the company solely attributed to divestitures of non-core assets.
