Maquinser S.A. becomes official distributor of Sintratec technology in the Iberian Peninsula AM Industry

Swiss 3D printing manufacturer, Sintratec, and Spanish machine tools and high-tech equipment distributor, Maquinser S.A., have entered a new partnership that sees Maquinser become the first supplier of Sintratec’s modular selective laser sintering (SLS) solutions in the Iberian Peninsula – expanding the company’s distribution and service network in the Mediterranean region.

Headquartered in Barcelona, Maquinser S.A. has more than three decades of experience in the distribution of machine tools and high-tech equipment and works with leading brands such as HP, Matsuura, and GE Additive. The company offers a wide range of industrial solutions, including turning and milling, horizontal machining, and additive manufacturing multifunction machinery. With a large network of service centers in the main areas of the Iberian Peninsula, Maquinser is able to ensure efficient support and customer proximity.

The partnership with Sintratec expands Maquinser’s product range with the Sintratec All-Material Platform (AMP) – a modular 3D printing system that sets new standards for material diversity, flexibility, and scalability in the field of SLS. Maquinser is now the first Sintratec representative in Spain and Portugal and already presented the Swiss SLS technology at the Advanced Machine Tools trade show in Barcelona, in April. For Sintratec, this partnership provides a valuable expansion of its Southern European distribution and service network as well as an entry into the emerging Iberian market.

“Adding Sintratec to our represented brands is a step forward for us and for the Iberian market. It allows us to expand our value chain to a wide range of companies, covering all their production and quality needs,” said Anton Bravo Ribó, 3D Manager at Maquinser S.A.
