XYZprinting has been continuously expanding their retail network, as they begin outselling many competitors in the US, so that, now, sites like Staples.com and Walmart.com carry their low-cost 3D printers and filaments. Today, the Taiwanese company has added one more important retailer to the list, SamsClub.com, bringing XYZ to Wal-Mart customers across all online sales channels.
Starting now, SamsClub.com will distribute XYZprinting’s complete da Vinci 3D printer line, from the entry-level Junior to the AiO, the brand’s all-in-one 3D scanner and printer. The site will also sell XYZ’s refillable ABS filament cartridges and PLA filament and offer a one-year free warranty on all printers. Simon Shen, CEO of XYZprinting, said of the deal, “We are thrilled to partner with SamsClub.com and extend the benefits of our 3D printers to our broad consumer audience. It has been our focus to expand the distribution of our products to SMBs, designers, and engineers because we believe 3D printing provides a more affordable option to design, build, iterate and innovate more often, and at a faster rate.”
Additionally, as the company launches their partnership with Sam’s Club, they have also opened up US pre-orders for their handheld 3D scanner, powered by Intel’s Real Sense 3D scanning technology. The full-color 3D scanner is available for the greatly-reduced price of $149.95, which may be the most affordably priced 3D scanner on the market.
