REALvision Software Now Includes MyMiniFactory’s Complete 3D Model Library

Danish R&D company Create it REAL is an interesting one, working on a variety of products ranging from white label manufacturing of 3D printers to developing 3D printer processors meant to speed up a machine’s printing speed. The company also supplies a graphical 3D printing software called REALvision that manufacturers can use to run their printers. Now, this REALvision platform will not only be able to handle a 3D printer’s output, but its input as well, as Create it REAL partners with MyMiniFactory.com to connect REALvision to the complete MMF database, now numbering about 10,000 “guaranteed 3D printable” models.

Since its inception, MMF has become a unique community with a huge array of truly novel 3D printable models, ranging from complete guitars to skateboards, masks, games, and movie props. This is due in no small part to the site’s MyMiniFactory Academy, which trains designers to learn the skills needed to model and print such items. All of these models will now be available for printing directly to printers running Create it REAL’s REALvision software, which include Aye Aye Labs Hot Rod Henry Supercharged, as well as the Dynamo 3D One-EVO, an Italian printer designed for high speed printing. Soon, this roster will also include Weistek Ideawerk Speed 3D printer.

CEO of iMakr Group, Romain Kidd, said of the partnership, “The integration of MyMiniFactory into Create it REAL Software will allow users to get access to great, thoroughly tested 3D-printable content from the best designers for 3D printing out there – and it’s absolutely free. It’s tremendously exciting for MyMiniFactory to be the world’s first independent marketplace of 3D printable files to integrate into Create it REAL– even more so given that their team shares our vision of widening access to this amazing technology.”

Jeremie Pierre Gay, Founder and CEO of Create it REAL, added, “Our goal at Create it REAL is to enable people’s creativity. All the technologies we develop try to improve the 3D printing experience and make it as easy as possible for end-users. Working with MyMiniFactory was an obvious choice to guarantee customers a wide range of printable object that were actually tested and will print perfectly on our partner’s 3D printers.”

This is not the first such integration of MMF into a 3D printer’s control software, with the site previously connecting its repository of 3D models into the Automaker software used to run CEL’s Robox 3D printer. Apparently, this isn’t the last such deal either, with MMF seeking other partnerships, as well. Companies interested in incorporating MMF into their 3D printer’s management software should contact [email protected] And, if you’re interested in seeing how it works first, as well as just how fast the Dynamo One-EVO 3D printer is, you can watch a livestream featuring the Dynamo 3D team on July 28th at 5pm GMT on MyMiniFactory TV.
