Our main goal at FacFox is to bring amazing products to life with digital manufacturing technology.

We’re 100% committed to your satisfaction, and if for some reason there is an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to find a good solution.

If you are unhappy with the order you received (or if you did not receive the order), you can contact order administrator for aftersaling this within 3 days after delivery(package received) or 20 days after shipment(package never arrives). This will lead the order to the status “aftersale”.

We don’t offer money-back guarantee if it’s already over 3 days after the delivery of the package, the delivery date is subjected to the tracking information from the courier’s official tracking system information, which shows “package delivered”.

We do not provide refunds for products that have been used, altered, or damaged by yourself after you’ve received the shipment.

In order for us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we ask that you describe the issue in detail and, if possible, provide pictures. This will make it easier for us to proceed with refund or remake, also allow us to improve the quality of our products.

  • For shipment damage issues, we will ask you to provide pictures of the damaged items with the packing box, and we might ask you to return the product to us in order to receive a refund or to have it refurbished. The returning shipping cost will be paid out by FacFox, only on condition that you ship the item to the address as we instructed.
  • For quality issues, we will work with you to come up to a final solution, which will either be manufacturing your product again, or provide a (partial) refund.

For any issues involving values higher than $300, we may ask you to return the product to us in order to receive a refund or to have it manufactured again. We ask that you first reach out to our Customer Service team with a picture of your print and an explanation of the issue.
