Advocate for nature and comfort lifestyle, keep a peaceful mind, know how to appreciate the beauty around you, reject consumerism, do not blindly chase after famous brands, like natural and comfortable clothes, and pursue simple and direct life. Kasia Wisniewski from New York is such a romantic jewelry designer.
Her jewelry and accessories are simple and elegant, with a unique Nordic pastoral style. Every piece she designs and makes dresses each bride like a fairy coming out of the forest, with a temperament as natural and pure as the original forest. She almost satisfies all the beautiful fantasy of the Mori girls, and freezes the beauty of every moment at the wedding, making it an eternal gift.
Kasia Wisniewski was born in Milwaukee, USA, and moved to New York ten years ago to study fashion and art history at Pratt Institute. Her Collected Edition Studio was created in 2015, focusing on jewelry and accessories design.
Inspired by big, romantic blooms, orderly petals, and twisting vines, we make unforgettable accessories and jewelry, well-suited for the most extraordinary days. Kasia Wisniewski re-interprets with modern metal and nylon materials, with a unique natural atmosphere that catches you by surprise. This is also the perfect expression of the “Simple, Quiet, Natural” design concept of the Collected Edition jewelry and hair accessories.
Kasia Wisniewski seeks creative inspiration from nature. Any subtle beauty cannot escape her keen eyes. Fresh daisies, dry thorns, smart wheat ears, silent ferns, she integrates those elements into her work and gives them new life.
Kasia Wisniewski’s jewelry looks like being crafted with simplicity and exquisite craftsmanship. In fact, these jewelry are the products of modern 3D printing technology. The designer uses 3D printing technology to restore the most delicate touch and texture of the plant, combined with traditional casting technology, gives each flower and leaf a dream that never fades.
Kasia Wisniewski’s romantic and fulfilling work is done like this: Hand-drawn design sketches, 3D modeling software for digital drawing, and then import the created STL files into a 3D printer, print with selective laser sintering (SLS), lost wax casting, full manual polishing, polishing and cleaning.
On the website of Collected Edition Studio, she wrote: “Collected Edition creates jewelry and home goods at the intersection of technology and handcraft.” It’s true. Technical innovation has never been the opposite of art.
