When will my orders be shipped?
The easiest way to see the estimated shipping and delivery date is to log in to your account and go to your orders page.
To get there:
- Log in to your account
- Hover over ‘Account’ menu at the top right corner of the screen
- Choose “Manual Order” or “Insta3DP Order” when the menu appears
- Find your order by ID or thumbnail and choose “View Detail”
Please note that all dates on our website are indicative and they take into account the challenges of manufacturing unique and untested designs. This means that many items ship ahead of schedule, though we cannot guarantee it.
Unfortunately, some requests may be delayed due to complexity. You can always check your order status page for details or contact us via support center.
Because of these uncertainties, we recommend giving yourself as much lead time as possible. If you have a tight schedule, please contact our order admin with your deadline and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
The delivery dates depends on the courier speed level you chose and could be longer based on your location and service restrictions.
