The figures show that the 14-year old company had booked $11 million in sales for the 12 months ended June 30, 2013 and the plan is to list on the NYSE under the symbol VJET. voxeljet initially filed confidentially on August 12, 2013. Piper Jaffray and Citi are the joint bookrunners on the deal.
