That is probably the reason why both the Inside  and 3D Printshow circuits do not yet have a location in Italy, and why Italy is the only major country in western Europe to have its own 3D printing event circuit (3D Print Hub). That is also the reason why Sharebot, the leading Italian desktop 3D printer manufacturer, is hitting the road in order to take its newest products, Voyager and XXL, beyond national boundaries.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-43625\" src=\"https:\/\/3dprintingindustry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/2-sharebotxxl2.jpg\" alt=\"2 sharebotxxl2\" width=\"800\" height=\"536\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The reason why foreign companies don&#8217;t invest in Italy is easy to understand. Inefficient government, excessive bureaucracy, high taxation, and &#8220;strange&#8221; business logics often scare away investors, There is, however, no good reason why Italian companies should not sell their products abroad and many of them do. Italian sports cars, furniture, shoes, fashion, jewelry, food, and wine products continue to be well received around the world.<\/p>\n<p>Sharebot is hoping its 3D printer will be as well. The company has just launched the XXL model, with a 700 mm long horizontal 3D printing area, ideal for making signs and architectural models. It also just finished development of its first DLP 3D printer, Voyager, and is currently working on the Project SnowWhite desktop SLS printer. Also due this year is the Q, its next generation prosumer 3D printer model.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-43628\" src=\"https:\/\/3dprintingindustry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Voyager.jpeg\" alt=\"Voyager\" width=\"800\" height=\"537\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Starting from Inside  in Berlin, Sharebot is truckin&#8217; on back to Milan for the 3D Print Hub, taking place on March 5th through the 7th. After that, it&#8217;s on to Madrid&#8217;s 3D Printshow, then back to Italy again for Parma&#8217;s MECSPE, which is a sort of little Euromold just for the Italian market. The final stop of the tour is, once again, the 3D Printshow in London, taking place next May.<\/p>\n<p>These main events will also be complemented by several other minor events and exhibits, which will be regularly updated on the dedicated Sharebotontour2015 website. There visitors will also find updated information on the company&#8217;s next generation of 3D printers, which are all going to be Internet connected and controllable from a remote location through the new built-in Sharebox system. To compete on the global scene, a company needs to have some world-leading products to offer: Sharebot&#8217;s XXL has the largest horizontal area of any desktop systems, while Voyager is set to make low-cost DLP finally reliable.
