Wright agreed that Mr. Wright will resign from his position as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, effective as of the close of business on June 17, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, on June 6, 2016, the Company and Cathy L. Lewis agreed that Ms. Lewis will resign from her position as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the Company, effective as of the close of business on June 10, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>As of the date of this report, no new compensatory or severance arrangements have been entered into in connection with either Mr. Wright\u2019s separation or Ms. Lewis\u2019 separation.
