Photo via Interson-Protac<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><b><br \/>\nSuccessful Acquisitions<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Interson-Protac is set to be incorporated into the products division of Prodways, which already produces custom made tools parts and prototypes from metals and plastic. Since May 2016, Prodways has also produced 3D printed art and jewellery under its \u201cLes Cr\u00e9ations\u201d range, and in March 2017, it unveiled its MOVINGLight printer for dental applications.<\/p>\n<p>More recently, the firm has been targeting the 3D printed footwear market, and announced the Rapid Additive Forging (RAF) process of metal 3D printing.<\/p>\n<p>Cercle Finance suggests that the acquisition will boost the Prodways group\u2019s turnover by four million euros in 2018.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_106531\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-large wp-image-106531\" src=\"https:\/\/3dprintingindustry.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/Prodways-ProMaker-L5000.-Photo-by-Michael-Petch.-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"Prodways ProMaker L5000. Photo by Michael Petch.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><strong>Market success<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In another recent deal, Prodways acquired 3D design and consultancy start-up AvenAo Industrie.
