We are also very excited for what&#8217;s to come in 2019.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cBy many key manufacturing and customer metrics, 3DEO&#8217;s technology is setting the standard for serial production metal 3D printing.&#8221; <\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EPgiJnyP-I4\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><b>Intelligent Layering Technology for 3D printing metal parts<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3DEO is an on demand manufacturer of stainless steel parts in low &#8211; medium volumes. The technology used to make the parts is a proprietary <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Intelligent Layering Technology<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The company claims this patented metal 3D printing method is able to reduce final part cost, enabling high volume metal additive manufacturing while meeting the industry benchmark MPIF Standard 35, the standard for Metal Injection Molding.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Throughout 2018, 3DEO 3D printed over 30,000 paid parts, distributing them to customers across various industries, including medical, aerospace and consumer. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company has now secured two more customer production for 2019, comprising 24,000 pieces and 28,000 pieces each.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;3DEO&#8217;s production metal 3D printing technology is proving itself to be highly scalable and robust,&#8221; <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comments Marty McGough, the recently-appointed COO and head of quality at 3DEO, Inc.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;In order to be successful with serial production, part-to-part and machine-to-machine repeatability is paramount.
