According to Gulf News, Kenyo Tech Middle East 3D Printing Factory, a UAE-localized entity, has broken ground on its first 3D printing<\/a> factory within the China-UAE Industrial Capacity Cooperation Demonstration Park. The factory will be the UAE\u2019s first and largest dedicated to 3D concrete printing.<\/p>\n

The groundbreaking ceremony drew senior figures, including Mr. Zou Yonggang, Chairman of Jiangsu Overseas Cooperation and Investment Company (JOCIC); Mr. Mohamed Ghareeb, Chief Experience Officer; and Ms. Fatima Al-Hammadi, Chief Commercial Officer of Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD Group).<\/p>\n

\u201cKenyo is a pioneer in China\u2019s 3D building printing industry, possessing a fully integrated industrial chain,\u201d said Mr. Zou.<\/p>\n

The company has secured SGS local materials certification and recently completed a 300-square-meter warehouse in just two weeks \u2013 nearly twice as fast as conventional methods. The project, executed under temperatures exceeding 50\u00b0C, used local concrete and desert sand as raw materials and underwent rigorous testing to meet environment<\/a>al and quality standards.<\/p>\n

Kenyo\u2019s R&D part<\/a>nerships include Khalifa University, enhancing material innovation and sustainability. \u201cWe would like to express our special thanks to Kizad Group and JOCIC Industrial Park for their comprehensive support,\u201d said Mr. Li Jin, Chairman of Nanjing Kenyo Group, who also acknowledged Southeast University, China CAMC Engineering, and Academician Meng Jianmin for their contributions.<\/p>\n

The new facility will feature five specialized centers, focusing on equipment assembly, component manufacturing, sculpture and decoration, precast templates, and innovative material research and development. It aims to meet the rising regional demand for efficient and sustainable construction, supporting upcoming projects such as 3D printed villas and large-scale developments.<\/p>\n

With prior successes including the JOCIC exhibition hall, Dubai interiors, and sculptural works in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, Kenyo continues to strengthen its reputation as a driving force in global 3D construction.<\/p>\n
