This standard aims to provide comprehensive structural criteria for interior and exterior 3D printed concrete walls, supporting load-bearing, non-load-bearing, and shear wall <a href=\"https:\/\/facfox.com\/news\/topics\/insights\/applications\" target=\"_blank\">application<\/a>s in single-story and multi-story structures.<\/p>\n<p>The ICC 1150 standard is being developed through the Code Council\u2019s ANSI Accredited Consensus Procedures, ensuring a rigorous, balanced, and transparent process. In January 2023, committee members were called to ensure diverse industry representation. By July 2023, the ICC Board of Directors had finalized committee appointments. The first teleconference meeting of the committee took place on October 20, 2023, to initiate the standard\u2019s development. The most recent meeting was held on October 11, 2024, during which the committee approved the public comment draft for ANSI public review.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/2318663509477357418.jpg\">  Photo credits: University of Virginia   <\/p>\n<p>The public comment draft is now available under the \u201cAdministration\u201d section and an ICC Standards Public Comment Form. The public review period will begin on December 13, 2024, and conclude on January 27, 2025.
