Aridditive, a construction 3D printing<\/a> spin-off from the Universitat Polit\u00e8cnica de Catalunya and CIM UPC, In Barcelona, has closed a \u20ac500,000 Pre-Seed funding round, led by BeAble Capital with part<\/a>icipation from Suma Capital. This backing, along with the Start<\/a>up Capital support from ACCI\u00d3, will allow the company to accelerate the development of its concrete 3D printing<\/a> technology \u2013 focused on automation, digitalization, and sustainability within the construction sector.<\/p>\n

Founded in August 2023, Aridditive\u2019s goal is to transform construction through innovative solutions that optimize each phase of the building process \u2013 applying proprietary 3D printing<\/a> technology to create digital twins that ensure more efficient, sustainable, and certified manufacturing. Upcoming milestones include proof-of-concept testing of its technology before the end of the year, with a planned official launch at a major event in the spring of 2025.<\/p>\n
