The government of Uttar Pradesh, India, has announced plans to build the state\u2019s first 3D printed art<\/a> gallery in the temple town of Ayodhya. This initiative is part<\/a> of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath\u2019s vision to transform Ayodhya into a hub of cultural grandeur and planned development.<\/p>\n

The Ayodhya Development Authority (ADA) has initiated preparations for the construction of the gallery, which will be built on a 1,500-square-metre area near Vashishtha Bhawan on Tedhi Bazar road. The gallery will feature an exhibition hall, a sculpture gallery, and an amphitheater \u2013 providing a dynamic platform for showcasing art<\/a> and culture.<\/p>\n

An official spokesperson stated that the 3D printed art<\/a> gallery project would serve as a pilot initiative \u2013 demonstrating the efficiency, cost-saving potential, and environment<\/a>al benefits of 3D printing<\/a> technology in building construction. The building, standing at a height of 7.5 meters, will house amenities such as a garden, lounge, cafeteria, art<\/a> boutique, and craft shops. The detailed design of the gallery is currently being finalized.<\/p>\n

In addition to the art<\/a> gallery, a mechanized multi-level smart<\/a> parking facility will be constructed in the Ramkot locality, near the Ram Janmabhoomi temple, with an investment of \u20b953 crore (approximately $6.3 million).<\/p>\n
