According to Massivit 3D Printing Technologies, the launch of the Massivit 10000 printer was a success. The launch took place, last weekend, at the JEC World trade show, in France.<\/p>\n

In preparation for the launch, and over the course of the trade show, the company executed a marketing campaign, which, at the time of this press release, led to the signature of 12 non-binding, pre-sale reservations for the Massivit 10000 printer at the trade show. As of today, the company has a total of 29 such reservations for the Massivit 10000 printer.<\/p>\n

The Massivit 10000 is one of Massivit 3D\u2019s next-generation printers \u2013 utilizing Cast-In-Motion technology which is designed to print molds that industrial companies use to produce composite material part<\/a>s for the aviation, marine, automotive<\/a>, rail, and other industries. The printer responds to the market demand by manufacturing composite material part<\/a>s more rapidly, efficiently, reliably, and cheaply compared to the manual, more complex, and semi-automatic methods on the market.<\/p>\n

The Massivit 10000 printer allows significant labor and production cost reductions, by reducing the manual labor required to produce molds, reducing manufacturing stages by 80% (4 steps instead of 19 steps that are required with traditional methods), reducing the skills and expertise required of workers, increasing precision and reliability in production, saving time and resources by reducing project duration, facilitating unsupervised, around-the-clock operation, and reducing material waste. The company believes that Massivit 10000 printers may save customers up to 80% in labor costs, up to 80% of production time and up to 50% of the material costs.<\/p>\n

In addition to the non-binding reservations made at the JEC World show, two customers have engaged in customer Beta testing agreements for the Massivit 10000 printer. The first customer is Kanfit \u2013 that received the printer in Q1 of 2021. Kanfit produces composite material products for key players in the global aviation industry such as Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI), Elbit Systems, Rafael, the Israeli Air Force, the Israeli Ministry of Defense, and others. The second customer that signed a Beta agreement in Q1 2022 is US-based company Lyons that specializes in manufacturing high-end bathware products.<\/p>\n

Massivit 3D is preparing to commence deliveries of the Massivit 10000 printer to customers start<\/a>ing in H2 2022.<\/p>\n
