MAI International brings long-standing technical expertise in concrete material handling and continues to expand its product range to innovative application<\/a>s. Vertico has expertise in robotic fabrication and aims to install turn-key solutions while developing PMC\u2019s in concrete 3D printing<\/a>. The Austrian company offers high-quality industrial products in the fields of 3D concrete printing, foam mortar production, mixing, grouting and conveying technology.<\/p>\n

Like many other companies active in this area, Vertico has been growing rapidly. The Dutch company offers concrete printing solutions, including robots, pumps and accessories combined with proprietary software and material mix for a turnkey solution to concrete printing. Both of Vertico\u2019s concrete printers are available for production, along with the company\u2019s full range of services including 3D design, construction calculations, programming, realization, and transport.<\/p>\n

The deal is part<\/a>icularly interesting as MAI has been specializing in creating equipment for modern construction projects specifically based on 3D concrete printing. While many start<\/a>ups have been focusing on building the 3D printers and many large construction companies have been developing the materials, MAI is one of the very first companies to focus on providing all the accessory process equipment that is necessary for any construction 3D printing<\/a> project. This technology is revolutionizing the construction industry and quickly becoming an integral part<\/a> of modern building projects.<\/p>\n

The MAI MULTIMIX-3D <\/p>\n

MAI International GmbH has been at the forefront of developing equipment for use in 3D concrete printing application<\/a>s. MAI\u2019s range of 3D concrete printing accessories includes two main products. The MAI MULTIMIX-3D is a special purpose mortar mixing pump that sets new standards in process security thanks to its innovative water and dry material management system. Mvule Gardens, Africa\u2019s largest 3D printed affordable housing project: <\/a>Holcim\u2018s latest effort is Mvule Gardens, a 52-unit housing project in Kilifi, Kenya.
