Palari Group, a Beverly Hills-based technology-driven developer of sustainable master-planned communities, and SML (Sinarmas Land) Limited, the largest property developer in Indonesia, have entered into a strategic part<\/a>nership in the US. SML, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, has acquired a 40% stake in jointly expanding Palari\u2019s pipeline of sustainable single-family residences, including the world\u2019s first 3D printed, net-zero energy<\/a> community in Greater Palm Springs, California.<\/p>\n

Palari currently has three master-planned communities in development \u2013  including its 3D printed, net-zero energy<\/a> community, with a total of 200 homesites. Palari Villas are built using a modular construction methodology which includes the use of 3D printing<\/a> technology \u2013 reducing waste and CO2 emissions without compromising the quality of the builds.<\/p>\n
