Anycubic Photon Ultra also comes with Texas Instrument\u2019s latest DLP<\/a> technology. Compared with the LCD 3D print<\/a>ers, it has a powerful light source that throws UV light at a DLP<\/a> chip. The DLP<\/a> chip is an array of hundreds of thousands of tiny mirrors that can reflect the incoming light rays.<\/p>\n

Because the Anycubic Photon Ultra uses a digital light projector to cure the resin, it can deliver light more evenly with uniformity 5%-15% higher than LCD printers. So it will bring you a considerable improvement in the model\u2019s details and texture. In addition, the new affordable DLP<\/a> 3D print<\/a>er ensures over 20000 hours of screen life, 10X longer than LCD printers. Another benefit is energy<\/a> saving. In an MSLA<\/a> system, the light source is typically an array of LED lights. However, there\u2019s usually a single light source in a DLP<\/a> system, which is more efficient. Only 12W are consumed during operations for the Anycubic Photon Ultra, compared to up to 60W for MSLA<\/a> systems.<\/p>\n
