The new product follows the company\u2019s original release last year: a custom <a href=\"https:\/\/facfox.com\/service\/3d-printing-service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3D print<\/a>ed helmet for ice hockey.<\/p>\n<p>The KAV Bike Helmet, developed using a combination of additive manufacturing, material science and software, offers cyclists a custom solution for their head protection needs. Compared to conventional foam helmets, KAV\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/facfox.com\/service\/3d-printing-service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">3D print<\/a>ed one is slimmer\u2014helping to reduce drag. It also provides more coverage while still being lightweight.
