Among the latest innovations, Yingchuang 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> building technology has implemented intelligent remote management of buildings, by combining 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> of building equipment with the application<\/a> of 5G networks, art<\/a>ificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing, blockchain, industrial Internet and other innovative technologies<\/p>\n

Big data analysis of new materials for printing construction inks, blockchain management of regeneration and recycling resources, and application<\/a> of 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> construction globalization industrial Internet technology are also part<\/a> of the company\u2019s ongoing research. This year, Yingchuang, together with the Highway Traffic Environment Research Center of the Highway Science Research Institute of the Ministry of Transport, Suzhou Waterway office, Suzhou Ring Expressway, and other units, has implemented 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> construction technology in traffic and water conservancy projects.<\/p>\n

A number of very high profile figures from both China and international markets where Winsun construction is taking place (including the United States, Australia, Mexico, Nigeria, South Africa, New Zealand, Brazil, and the Middle East), part<\/a>icipated in the conference through a remote video connection. During the conference, a report was presented on Chinese Premier Li Keqiang speech during the third session of the 13th National People\u2019s Congress, where he stressed the need to strengthen the construction of new infrastructure, develop a new generation of information networks and expand 5G application<\/a>s.<\/p>\n

Last April, the Chinese government had defined the scope of new infrastructure, including innovative infrastructure, which will become one of the new driving forces of social and economic development for China\u2019s transformation. The core of new infrastructure is digitalization. At the conference site, Yingchuang demonstrated the whole process of 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> infrastructure. Yingchuang adopts an independently developed cement mixture ink, showing that construction 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> technology can reduce the construction complexity, shorten construction times, reduce costs, and also greatly reduce on-site construction personnel while improving the safety of the operation. In addition, it presents a number of advantages, such as customization, low-carbon emissions and energy<\/a> savings.<\/p>\n

As early as 2018, Yingchuang put forward the concept of the green circular industry for 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> buildings, by integrating renewable and recyclable practices urban construction, steel manufacturing, coal and chemical industries, energy<\/a> generation, and sand collection. Winsun claims that the hardness of its printed walls is equivalent to that of traditional concrete C30 walls but much more environment<\/a>ally friendly.<\/p>\n

At the conference, Yingchuang showed four key application<\/a> scenarios for four different construction 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a>, and opening the door to colored architecture<\/a>s. The projects include 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> ecological shorelines in traditional river restoration; 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> of a 70-meter long high-speed highway sound barrier (S58 Shanghai Changzhou expressway); 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> of an isolation ward during the COVID-19 emergency and 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> of the largest demonstration building in the world, the venue of the conference itself: Yingchuang\u2019s own 4-storey building, covering an area of 3200 square meters.<\/p>\n

Ma Yihe, chairman of Yingchuang construction technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., said at the conference that transportation construction, urban community renewal, aesthetically pleasing rural construction, and solid waste recycling will become an important field for the company in the future. \u201cIn the near future \u2013 he said \u2013 3D print<\/a>ing<\/a> buildings will be widely used in municipal, water conservancy, road, construction, underground and other engineering projects, to promote green upgrading and transformation of the traditional Chinese manufacturing industry, and use science and technology to empower the industry, manage the environment<\/a>, improve the ecology and create value.\u201d<\/p>\n
