The Winner of 3D Printing Industry and Protolabs Trophy Design Competition<\/b><\/h2>\n

This year winning designer is Ferran S\u00e1nchez Monferrer. Ferran is currently studying Design for Additive Manufacturing at Fundaci\u00f3 CIM-UPC<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Daniel Cohn, Managing Director, of Protolabs Germany, said, \u201cWe set out to choose a design that was beautiful and showcased our stereolithography and Multi Jet Fusion capabilities. We\u2019ve chosen Ferran\u2019s \u2018Optim\u2019 trophy design<\/a> as the winner because it represents the possibilities and variability of 3D printing in a very elegant way.
