Wysiwyg’s expertise in 3D scanning enhances GoProto’s printing business, which creates a stronger manufacturing network. Create it REAL, a Danish 3D printing research and development hub, is now able to accelerate its market expansion thanks to securing a €3.1 million round of financing. Investo Capital, the primary investor in this round, joined the company’s existing investors, like Vaekstfonden’s department of direct investments, VF Venture. Create it REAL, founded in 2009 by Jeremie Pierre Gay, created the first worldwide real-time processor dedicated to 3D printing. Since this product was launched in 2013, the company has developed a full 3D printing system.
Global materials company Tethon Corporation (dba Tethon 3D), of Omaha Nebraska USA, has named Trent Allen to Chief Executive Officer, effective November 1, 2020. Allen has been with the company for over four years and was instrumental in doubling company revenues in 2020. He was most recently President of Tethon 3D and has a decade of experience in business development, enterprise sales and strategy.
