These are two parts of the same shipping estimate\u2014not separate shipping charges for individual models.<\/p>\n<h2>How the shipping cost is calculated<\/h2>\n<h3>1. Minimum Shipping Charge<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Minimum Shipping Charge<\/strong> is the courier\u2019s minimum charge for each shipment, based on the minimum billable weight. It establishes the starting cost of shipping the order.<\/p>\n<span class=\"mkb-shortcode-container\">\t\t<div class=\"mkb-info\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"mkb-info__icon\">\n\t\t\t\t<i class=\"fa fa-info-circle fa-lg\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"mkb-info__content\">\n\t\t\t\tFor air express shipments, the minimum chargeable weight is generally 0.5kg.\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/span>\n<h3>2. Additional Volumetric Shipping Cost<\/h3>\n<p>The <strong>Additional Volumetric Shipping Cost<\/strong> is the estimated additional shipping calculated from the combined volumetric weight of all models in the order. It applies only to the portion that increases the shipment beyond the courier\u2019s minimum charge.<\/p>\n<span class=\"mkb-shortcode-container\">\t\t<div class=\"mkb-info\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"mkb-info__icon\">\n\t\t\t\t<i class=\"fa fa-info-circle fa-lg\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"mkb-info__content\">\n\t\t\t\tModel volumes are combined before this additional amount is estimated. Insta3DP does not add a separate minimum shipping charge to every model.\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/span>\n<h2>What appears at checkout<\/h2>\n<p>The customer-facing total is shown as <strong>Shipping Cost<\/strong>. It includes the courier\u2019s minimum shipping charge and the additional cost estimated from the models\u2019 combined volumetric weight.<\/p>\n<p>If the amount is subject to confirmation after packing, it may be shown as <strong>Estimated Shipping Cost<\/strong>. In that case, the displayed amount includes the courier\u2019s minimum charge and an additional estimate based on model volume.<\/p>\n<span class=\"mkb-shortcode-container\">\t\t<div class=\"mkb-warning\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"mkb-warning__icon\">\n\t\t\t\t<i class=\"fa fa-exclamation-triangle fa-lg\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<div class=\"mkb-warning__content\">\n\t\t\t\tThe final cost may vary after the models are packed and the shipment\u2019s actual billable weight is confirmed.\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/span>\n<h2>Example<\/h2>\n<p>If the combined volumetric weight of the models stays within the courier\u2019s minimum billable weight, the order is charged only the minimum shipping charge.
